There can be many reasons why your shredder has broken down, including:
- Gears have worn
- Sensors have stopped working
- Electrics
- Buttons need replacing
However until an engineer is on site, it is unlikely we would be able to diagnose the issue with your shredder.
Engineers will carry some parts with them however there are times where a return visit will be required to replace a part.
Our team will need to know the following information from you regarding your site and shredder repair:
- Address
- Parking/site access requirements
- High vis required?
- Shredder Model
- Shredder serial number (this can be found on the back of your shredder).
- Shredder age (if you know)
- The issue with the shredder in as much detail as possible as helps us potentially think of parts we may need to bring
- Site opening times
- Contact name and phone numbeer
- PO number
The cost of a shredder repair call out is dependant on the shredder, your location and any parts required.
