Shredder Repairs

When your shredder goes wrong we know how frustrating it can be.  The first thing we would like to mention is to not make it any worse by trying to open the shredder and don’t put your hand into the shredder head/teeth.  Always make sure that you switch the shredder off and put a sign on it so no one else turns it back on by accident.

If you call our team, we will ask you some details about the shredder and repair. Most important information we need to know is:

1) What shredder model is it?

2) What has happened for it to go wrong? Or if nothing happened, did it just cut out?

3) Do you think there was a minor issue or problem with it recently. E.g. it had sounded like something was wrong beforehand.

4) Where are you based? We can be onsite in local areas such as Wirral, Cheshire, Liverpool, Ellesmere Port and Chester. We cover all of the Wirral and certain area’s in Cheshire and Merseyside.

Our prices:

This depends on where you are located, our prices start at £85 + VAT for a call out but this price will increase based on distance from us in Neston.

 When possible our engineers will repair the shredder onsite and same day however sometimes shredders may need new parts so a return visit will be required or it will be brought back to our site for repair.
