When your laminator goes wrong we know how frustrating it can be.  The first thing we would like to mention is to not make it any worse. Never put items in the rollers to try and pull something out as it can cause injury and potentially further damage to the laminator. Always make sure that you switch the laminator off and put a sign on it so no one else turns it back on by accident.

If you call our team, we will ask you some details about the laminator and repair. Most important information we need to know is:

1) What laminator model is it?

2) What has happened for it to go wrong? Or if nothing happened, did it just cut out?

3) Do you think there was a minor issue or problem with it recently. E.g. something was already stuck in the rollers and now something else is.

4) Are you posting the laminator to us or require us to be onsite. (We can be onsite in local areas such as Wirral, Cheshire, Liverpool, Ellesmere Port and Chester.

Our prices:

If you are posting your laminator to us then it is £25 + VAT and a £10 + VAT delivery return fee.

It is £25 + VAT for us to investigate and see what the problem is with the laminator.

Then all work and parts will be quoted for once the problem with the laminator has been identified. We will always quote and let you know costs in advance before completing the repair.
