What to Check
Is your laminator heating up and getting to temperature?
Do you have pouches sticking out the entry/exit feed?
Has anyone using the laminator recently reported any issues or faults with the machine?
Have the temperature controls been moved? (Sometimes people use them at a lower setting and you may just need to turn up the temperature)!
Some laminators have an extra on/off switch at the back of the machine, is this switched to 'on'?
The above points are all checks you can make to try and narrow down the issue with your laminator and see if it is something you can repair yourself.
If the laminator is not heating up, pouches are stuck or you can’t determine the issue, you can post your laminator to us for repair as it will probably need checking internally for the cause and may need parts. We advise customers don’t open up the laminator and send it to an engineer to investigate.
