Machine Repairs

We understand that when a machine stops working, it can be a huge inconvenience to your business.  We will try and send a trained engineer to you as soon as possible so that the machine can be fixed in a small time frame.

We can repair a variety of machines, including:

• Shredders
• Guillotines
• Laminators
• Fastback Binders
• Binding Machines

Our standard call out charge is £75.00 + VAT for customers within a 20 mile radius.  If you are further out then please phone, for quotation.  This will cover you for up to 2 hours and does not include parts.  Parts will be quoted for before purchasing and fitting so you are aware of the costs.

If a machine is not going to be able to be fixed on site due to it having serious damage or parts need to be ordered, we will take the machine back to our premises to continue the repair.  You will still be advised of all further charges before going ahead.

We know how much of an inconvenience it is to not have your machine so we can sometimes substitute in a loan machine.  Our loan machines are:

• Shredders
• Pouch Laminators
• Guillotines
• Fastback Binders

These are loaned with the aim that you are still able to operate fully whilst your machine is not in operation.

If you wish to send your machines to us in Neston, then please call in advance.  This will reduce costs.  Ensure that you package machines appropriately and that the machines are covered in transit for the amount they are worth. (Rovert holds no responsibility for machines which are damaged in transit).

We advise that you do not try to mend machines due to consequences with sharp blades/objects and machinery etc (especially guillotines and shredders).
